1
Risk-free free trial
Paid plans include a free trial period with no credit card. During the trial no charge is made; if you decide not to continue, your account moves to the free plan and your data is preserved.
2
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel at any time by contacting us, with no penalties or forced contracts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep full access until that date and no further charges are made. Afterwards, your account moves to the free plan and you can export or keep viewing your data within its limits.
3
Refunds
Unused partial periods after a cancellation are not refundable by default. We do refund 100% in these cases:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges.
- Charges made after a confirmed cancellation.
- Serious Service failures that substantially prevented you from using it during the billed period, assessed case by case.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge in question.

How payments and refunds are processed
Subscription payments are processed through an external payment processor, which acts as merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued the same way, to the original payment method, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
